Once your order has been processed, delivery times are as follows:

UK Orders
• Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class
• Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days
United States Orders
• Shipped via FedEx or DHL
• Estimated delivery: approximately 7 working days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

If for any reason you wish to return your hair, items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, in their original packaging, and with the hair tabs intact.

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed, altered, or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
